The revolution that's occurring in Egypt at the moment is a very serious and real thing. I wrote this song to submit it to a song contest on a website- the topic of the contest is Egypt. ReplyDeleteOn a more serious note I can't actually believe what is oing on in egypt, how a seemingly stable country can fall into turmoil in a matter of days is actually frightening, I know a few people stuck there at the moment and they say its near on impossible to get flights within the country. Hopefully things will start to settle down soon, for their sake.
Mubarak just stepped down! It's pretty amazing what they were able to do, though incredibly unfortunate that some of the protests turned violent and people were killed and injured. Of course the violence seems to have started from pro-mubarak supporters...
